CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases:

Brandon Lee Crowe, 26, of Arnold waived his case to court. He was charged April 30 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Keith M. McClintock, 22, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft.

Jason Stanton Beckwith, 31, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 3 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft.

Randy Schuller, 22, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 8 by Cranberry Township police with theft.

Christopher Marlin Main, 21, of Aliquippa waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 6 by Cranberry Township police with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass
