Erin Gent and Jubal Kelly

A Sept. 27 wedding is being planned by Erin Gent and Jubal Kelly, both of Oil City.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Hank and Jerri Gent of Franklin. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Paul and Joyce Kelly of Chicora.

The bride-elect is a 1991 graduate of Franklin High School and a 1995 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She works for Venango Newspapers in Oil City.

Her fiancé graduated in 1994 from Karns City High School and in 1996 from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. He works for Gardinier Funeral Home.
