Hope Richard Cooper, 55, of Sarver waived to court charges of resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and speeding, filed Aug. 4 by state police.
Spencer A. Fleming, 38, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed June 30 by Middlesex Township police.
James D. Louis Sr., 64, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, child endangerment, reckless endangerment and reckless driving, filed July 3 by Middlesex Township police.
Dale Leroy McCandless, 39, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed July 7 by state police.
Robert Owen McMullin, 26, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed June 22 by Buffalo Township police.
Todd Charles Montgomery, 24, of Grove City waived to court a charge of theft, filed July 7 by state police.
Shawna Renee Smith, 27, of Worthington, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of DUI and improper use of high beams, filed July 5 by state police.

Barnett, 42, of West Sunbury was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, theft by deception and forgery, filed July 1 by state police.Gerald J. Buck, 27, of Springfield, Mo., pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and defiant trespass, filed May 19 by Butler Township police. Buck was ordered to pay $541.50 in fines and court costs.William J. Heckert II, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed May 19 by Butler Township police.John S. Javor, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license-DUIrelated, driving on the wrong side of the road and not wearing a seat belt filed July 1 by state police.Jeffrey L. Luchkiw, 49, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed April 4 by Butler Township police. Luchkiw was ordered to pay $241.50 in fines and court costs.Kimberly A. McPheron, 47, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 2 by Butler Township police. McPheron was ordered to pay $341. 50 in fines and court costs.Yuriy Novitskiy, 29, of Arundel, Maine, waived to court charges of DUI and not using turn signals, filed July 31 by Butler Township police.Gregory D. Prokopchak, 27, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to charges of theft, conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property and defiant trespass, filed May 19 by Butler Township police. Prokopchak was ordered to pay $1,346.50 in fines and court costs.John W. Webb, 39, of Lyndora waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 3 by Butler Township police.

Allen, 18, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, careless driving, minor prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, and underage drinking, filed June 23.Sarah J. Deal, 21, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed July 9.Mark Dongilli, 23, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 30. Dongilli was ordered to pay $246.50 in fines and court costs.April Ferguson, 21, of Emlenton waived to court two counts of theft, filed Jan. 15.Matthew E. Josephs, 28, of Butler waived to court five counts of theft, six counts of receiving stolen property and a sole count of illegal possession of a gun, filed July 27.Josephs, in a separate case filed July 25, was held on four counts of theft and charges of conspiracy, defiant trespass, false reports to law enforcement authorities, and possession of drug paraphernalia.Amanda L. Mellish, 20, of East Butler waived to court five counts of theft, six counts of receiving stolen property, and charges of conspiracy and carrying a gun without a permit, filed July 27.Mellish, in a separate case filed July 25, waived four counts of theft and charges of conspiracy, defiant trespass, and possession of drug paraphernalia.Scott W. Schultz, 37, of Mars waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 28,Jamie Wright, 32, of Zelienople was held for court on four counts of theft and charges of conspiracy, defiant trespass, and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 25.Paul Werner, 58, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed July 7.
