Jodie Burr and Michael Volchko

An October wedding is being planned by Jodie Burr of Evans City and Michael Volchko of Clairton.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Loyal Burr Jr. of Evans City and the late Joyce Burr. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are William and Judy Volchko of South Park.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Seneca Valley High School and a 2004 graduate of Thiel College. She is a staff accountant at the Manheim Pittsburgh in CranberryTownship.

Her fiancé graduated in 1997 from Thomas Jefferson High School and in 2002 from Thiel College. He works as a millwright in Local Union 2235 in Pittsburgh.
