Auditions for the Butler Musical Theatre Guild's fall production of "Wizard of Oz" will be held Monday for those age 16 and older and Tuesday for ages 10 to 15, both at 7 p.m. at the MTG Production Center in Butler Memorial Park.

Audition materials will be provided. Show dates are Oct. 17, 18, 24, 25 and 26 at the Succop Theater on the Butler County Community College campus. The production will be directed by Gordon Cavalero, with music direction by John Cooper. The producer will be Kenneth Schreffler Jr. Call 724-287-8243 for more information.

Also, Sing Hosanna! will have auditions for its production of "Sound of Music." Auditions for those age 14 and older as of Sept. 1 will be held from 8 to 9 p.m. Aug. 25 and 26, while auditions for children age 6 to 13 as of Sept. 1 will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Aug. 25 and 26. Callbacks will be at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 28, all at the Sing Hosanna! Stewart Hall, 310 W. Airport Road, Penn Township.
