Grossman, Northrop

Nina and Matthew Northrop

Nina Grossman, formerly of Grove City, and Matthew Northrop were united in marriage April 12 at the First Presbyterian Church in Waterford. The Rev. Dwayne Cole officiated. A reception followed at the Concourse of Union Station in Erie.

The bride is the daughter of Raymond Grossman of Winter Haven, Fla., and Karen Bruner of Erie. Parents of the bridegroom are Edward and Judy Northrop of Waterford.

The honor attendant was Heather Duran of Erie. Bridesmaids included Alyssa Engert, Julie James, Kaitlyn Grossman and Lindsay Stempka, all of Erie. Flower girl was Lilith Blasco of Erie.

Performing the duties of best man was Paul Duran of Erie. Ushers included Ronald Weary Jr., Jared Northrop, Greg Garitty and Brandon Grossman, all of Erie.Ring bearer was Jackson Duran of Erie.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Fort LeBoeuf High School and is attending Mercyhurst North East's nursing program. She works as a certified nurse assistant at Brevillier Village.

The bridegroom graduated from Fort LeBoeuf High School in 2002. He works for the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 66.

The couple is making their home in Erie.
