EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Thomas Richard Beerman, 18, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged July 8 by Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and purchasing alcohol for a minor.

Harry Edward Bortmes, 33, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged June 24 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Eduardo Alberto Rodriguez, 21, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 1 by Jackson Township police with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Duane E. Pritts, 45, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged July 7 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disorderly conduct.

Daniel Andrew Sum III, 20, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged June 17 by the state police with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.

Andrea L. Jay, 36, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged July 9 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Richard Blair Menchyk, 23, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 7 by Jackson Township police with forgery, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and access device fraud.

William Murdoch, 34, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged June 26 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

William J. Wokutch, 46, of Evans City had his case held for court. He was charged June 26 by state police with simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment.

He was charged May 1 with simply assault, unlawful restraint and simple assault.Christina Brown, 22, of New Brighton waived her case to court. She was charged May 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Melanie J. Wodarek, 35, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged July 23 with criminal attempt and forgery.Albert Bucco, 64, of Imperial waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 with possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of a controlled substance.Robert West Jr., 40, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 25 with receiving stolen property and disposing of a vehicle that's altered or illegally obtained.Andrew Young, 33, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged June 4 with theft by deception, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, burglary and criminal trespass.Patrick Albert Simon, 32, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court.
