CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township police:

Luanne Rossi, 41, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged May 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.

Timothy T. Ptak, 47, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 11 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.

Christopher Coll, 22, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged June 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance as well as careless driving.

Michelle Ann McDonough, 50, of Freedom waived her case to court. She was charged May 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Brandi Jo Wheaton, 26, of Koppel waived her case to court. She was charged July 17 with criminal conspiracy, kidnap, robbery, unlawful restraint, theft, receiving stolen property and terroristic threats.

William Charles McCormick, 19, of Koppel waived his case to court. He was charged July 17 with criminal conspiracy, kidnap, robbery, unlawful restraint, theft, receiving stolen property and terroristic threats.

Christopher Michael Mangelli, 24, of Koppel waived his case to court. He was charged July 17 with criminal conspiracy, kidnap, robbery, unlawful restraint, theft, receiving stolen property and terroristic threats.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Kelly Nicole Bowser, 24, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged July 13 by Adams Township police with false reports to police, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Tyler James Gallagher, 18, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged May 13 by Jackson Township police with indecent assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.Christine Jo McClelland, 30, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged June 24 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.John S. Alexander, 70, of Prospect had his case held to court. He was charged June 12 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Carl L. Epperson, 46, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. He was charged June 24 by Adams Township police with indecent assault.James S. Wan, 28, of Mars waived his case to court.
