The Lyndora Lancers Palomino Baseball fall program registration and practice will be held at 6 p.m. today and Thursday at Highfield Park for players entering 10th through 12th grades this fall.Two more practices will follow next week on Monday and Tuesday.

FOXBURG — A meeting will be held at the A-C Valley High football field at 7 p.m. today for parents of players in grades seven through 12, as well as those of potential players.

MARS — The Mars Girls Fast-Pitch Softball Association is holding registration for the fall season from 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 14 and 15 at the varsity softball field on Brickyard Road.The registration fee is $50 per player, and girls ages 8 to 18 are eligible, regardless of skill level.The association, which plays in the Greater Pittsburgh Girls Softball League, plans to field teams in four age groups.
