Justin Baker, 28, of Dayton, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of theft, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed May 28 by Buffalo Township police.
Douglas R. Bertha Jr., 28, of Tarentum waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft and conspiracy, filed July 8 by Middlesex Township police.
Michael Burns, 20, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI while a minor, underage drinking, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed May 21 by state police.
Wesley Graham, 46, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and driving with an obstructed windshield, filed Jan. 23 by state police
Jeffery Holmes, 44, of West Leechburg, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed April 27 by Buffalo Township police.
Jacob Martinez, 28, of Saxonburg waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed June 24 by Middlesex Township police.
Nicholas B. Parison, 39, of Templeton waived to court charges of defiant trespass, retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 29 by Middlesex Township police.
Jacob Smith, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft and conspiracy, filed July 8 by Middlesex Township police.
Additionally, in two separate cases, Smith waived to court charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief, filed July 7 by state police, and charges of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 30 by Penn Township police.

Bayer, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 17 by the state attorney general's office. Bayer was ordered to pay $441.50 in fines and court costs.Jason S. Beckwith, 31, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of theft, trespass, attempted burglary and criminal mischief, filed in separate complaints July 1 and 11 by Butler Township police.Adam J.
