Martha E. Myers, 96, of Cabot, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died June 11 at Sunnyview Home.

She was born Jan. 12, 1912, in Turtle Creek, the daughter of Harry and Myrtle Van Esenberg.

Martha was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Church of God.

She is survived by a son, James R. Myers and his wife, Mary Lou, of Cabot; two granddaughters, Christine Foreback and her husband, Bruce, of Butler and Jennifer Myers of Cabot; four great-grandsons, Tyler, Austin, Asa and Jesse Foreback of Butler.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James, in 1992; two sisters; and three brothers.

<B>MYERS </B>— Private graveside services for Martha E. Myers, who died Wednesday, June 11, 2008, were Saturday at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
