Amanda Duncan and Joseph Sipes

A Sept. 27 wedding is being planned by Amanda Duncan of Ellwood City and Joseph Sipes of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Wayne and Beth Duncan of Ellwood City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Robert and Sandra Sipes of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Lincoln High School and a 2005 graduate of the Bradford School of Business paralegal studies program. She works for Carbis Walker L.L.P. in New Castle.

Her fiancé graduated in 2002 from Butler High School and in 2006 from the culinary program at Beaver County Community College. He is employed by the Kaufman House in Zelienople.
