SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Samuel J. Barkley, 18, of Saxonburg waived to court two counts of possession of marijuana, 14 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of a controlled substance, filed June 24 by state police.

Neil M. Brashear, 26, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and a right turn violation, filed May 11 by state police.

Clayton Carrier, 44, of Cabot waived to court charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment, DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance and inspection, filed May 4 by state police.

Richard Pease, 64, of Butler waived to court two counts each of indecent assault, child endangerment and corruption of minors, filed June 18 by state police.

Randall L. Shetter, 32, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI and trespass by vehicle, filed June 14 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Richard Cahall Jr., 27, of Waynesburg, Greene County, waived to court charges of forgery, access device fraud and theft by deception, filed July 3.Carl Tillander, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, and a lane violation, filed May 29.George Edward Weiland, 51, of Fenelton waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 6.
