Alice Jane Richardson
Alice Jane Richardson, 86, of Evans City died Monday at UPMC Passavant Hospital, McCandless Township.
Born July 1, 1921, in Evans City, she was the daughter of C.C. "Ted" and Twila Marie McCandless Richardson.
Miss Richardson was a lifetime member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church, Evans City, where she sang in the church choir. She also sang with the Greater Harmony Chapter of the Sweet Adeline Group for 33 years.
She retired from Penn Power as a secretary.
She was a member of AARP, the Plus 60 group in Zelienople and was a former member of the Business & Professional Women's Club.
She enjoyed bowling, traveling and music, which was an important part of her life.
Surviving are a brother, Chalmers R. Richardson and his wife, Helen, of Renfrew; a nephew; and many nieces, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Shirley Nelson and Twila Mae Nosal.
