Robinson 50th anniversary
Gerry and Dixie Lee Robinson of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage June 29 with an open house at the Chestnut Grove Community Building.
Robinson married the former Dixie Lee Foust on June 21, 1958, at Martinsburg Presbyterian Church in Bruin. The Rev. Cecil Rhoades officiated.
Robinson is retired as assistant vice president and manager of the Richland office of National City Bank. He is a member of Victory Lodge 694 Free and Accepted Masons, the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of New Castle and the Syria Caravan Ancient Arabic Order Nobles Mystic Shrine of Pittsburgh. He enjoys golfing, bowling and traveling. He is also an usher at First United Methodist Church in Butler.
Mrs. Robinson, as a retired hairdresser, is a homemaker. She enjoys quilting, golfing and traveling and belongs to the Quilters at First United Methodist Church in Butler, where she and her husband are members.
