SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Brandon Bossola, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed April 4 by Penn Township police.

Jon Neely, 20, of Monaca, Beaver County, was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 7 by state police.

Scott Panosetti, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of illegally altering license plates, and driving an unregistered vehicle and without valid inspection, filed June 9 by Saxonburg police.

Aaron Raybuck, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 11 by Penn Township police. Raybuck was ordered to pay $451.50 in fines and court costs.

Wesley Schofield, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed March 31 by Penn Township police.

Fello, 18, of Vandergrift waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and driving without rear lights and with unsafe equipment, filed April 28.Douglas Lee Geisler, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of defiant trespass and public drunkenness, filed June 12.Rick Kriess Sr., 32, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and driving with a suspended license, filed March 18.Charles Mackalica, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed April 14.Martin McCommon, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and making an illegal turn, filed May 30.Linda McElravy, 22, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI and a lighting violation, filed May 22.Paul L. Montgomery Jr., 44, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed June 2.Justin Smith, 19, of Petrolia waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and an open container violation, filed June 2.
