The Waldenmyers in 1958

Ronald and Jane Waldenmyer of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a surprise party June 29 at their daughter's home in Butler.

Waldenmyer married the former Jane Tirk on June 28, 1958, at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Butler.

They have four daughters, Debra Smith of St. Albans, W.V.; Wendy Rea of Butler; Tracey Saul of Butler and Deanna Morrison of Jarrell, Texas.

They also have six grandchildren, six step-grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Waldenmyer is retired and is a member of the Masonic Blue Lodge 75 of Albany, N.Y., and the Scottish Rite 32nd Degree.

Mrs. Waldenmyer is also retired.

The couple are members of the Unionville United Presbyterian Church.
