Beer Marinated Chicken Wings

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup beer

¼ cup light soy sauce

1/8 cup fresh lime juice

½ teaspoon kosher salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

16 to 18 chicken wings

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and blend well.

Put the chicken into a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade on top. Before sealing the bag, gently squeeze out all of the air. Refrigerate and allow the chicken to marinate overnight or up to 24 hours. Chicken, once removed from the marinade can be baked at 350 degrees or grilled over medium heat for approximately 45 minutes to an hour until done.
