Dora M. Moot Perry, 82, of Adams Township died Tuesday in LAS — St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars.

Born Jan. 27, 1926, in Marchand, Pa., she was the daughter of Edward and Nell Whitaker Moot.

Mrs. Perry was a homemaker, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all. She was a member of the Mars United Methodist Church. Mrs. Perry and her husband, the late H. William Perry, were the owners and operators of the Village Dairy Store, which was located in Shoppers Plaza in Hampton Township, Allegheny County.

She is survived by her sons, William A. Perry of Aspinwall, Edward A. Perry of Mars, Gregory L. Perry and his wife, Dottie of Middlesex Township; Scott R. Perry and his wife, Paula of Mars; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Billie Diggery of California.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; four sisters, Nancy Foose, Betty Hand, Peg Ifert and Martha Unsworth; and two brothers, George Moot and Dan Moot.

<B>PERRY</B> — Friends of Dora Moot Perry, who died Tuesday, May 27, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>HERBERTR. KING, JR. FUNERALHOME, INC</B>., 2841 Woodland Circle, Allison Park. The funeral service is 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Tim Bowser officiating.
