Campbell, Funovits
Kristen Campbell and Michael Funovits were joined in marriage at 4 p.m. May 10 at St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. James Murphy officiated. A reception followed at the Butler Country Club.
The bride is the daughter of Kirby and Ellen Campbell of Butler.
Parents of the bridegroom are Richard and Patricia Funovits of Butler.
Serving as honor attendants were Kelly Campbell and Kimberly Sundie. Bridesmaids were Karissa Kusick, Norah Funovits, Rita Gambone and Dana Provenzano.
Serving as best man was Richard Funovits. Ushers were Daniel Sundie, Matthew Fitzpatrick, Joseph Summerville, Jeremy Lineman, Adrian McWilliams, Steve Worgan and DanielWhitford. Gavin Funovits and Nicholas Funovits were junior groomsmen.
The bride is a graduate of Karns City High School. She earned a bachelor's degree from Penn State University before attending medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She works as an anesthesiologist at Sewickley Valley Hospital.
The groom is a Shaler High School graduate. He also holds a degree from Gannon University. He is a superintendent of PennRo Associates in Valencia.
Following a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple is making their home in Gibsonia.
