Puente-Duany, Puvak
An Oct. 4 wedding is being planned by Veronica Puente-Duany and Joshua Puvak, both of Bethesda, Md.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Hary and Noelia Puente-Duany of Adelphi, Md. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Ron and Mary Puvak of Butler.
The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Our Lady of Good Counsel High School. She graduated from Duke University in 2002 and from the American University, Washington College of Law in 2007. She is an immigration attorney for Ayuda in Washington, D.C.
Her fiancé graduated in 2000 from Butler High School. He received his bachelor's degree from Penn State University in 2004 and his law degree from the American University, Washington College of Law in 2007. He is a patent attorney with Connolly, Bove, Lodge and Hutz in Washington, D.C.
