McDonald

Daniel Lee McDonald, 50, of Butler died at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday at his home after a five-month battle with pancreatic cancer.

He was born Aug. 7, 1957, in Butler, the son of the late Dale Regis and Gladys Jane Snodgrass McDonald.

Mr. McDonald was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.

He enjoyed boating, fishing, and quad riding.

He was a Marine Corps veteran and was an auto technician at a variety of car dealerships in Butler and Allegheny counties.

Surviving are his wife, Carol Lee Carlson McDonald, who he married Aug. 30, 1985; a daughter, Leeanna McDonald at home; and two sisters, Mrs. Fred (Vickie) McKnight of Butler and Mrs. Dick (Terri) Rainey of Ebensburg.
