Jonathan and Quinn Norris

Quinn Norris and Jonathan Conklin, both of Butler, were united in marriage May 10 at the Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort and Spa, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The Rev. Stuart Scott officiated. A reception followed at the Pennglade Lions Club Park.

The bride is the daughter of Ken and Joyce Norris of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are William and Kathy Conklin of Sarver.

The honor attendant was Renee Vandenberghe of Valencia and the bridesmaid was Michele Dold of Durham, S.C.

Performing the duties of best man was James Dold of Durham, S.C., and the usher was Pete Vandenberghe of Valencia.

The bride is a 1987 graduate of Butler Senior High School. She received a degree from Lenape School of Practical Nursing in 1993 and from Butler County Community College in 1994. She works for the Butler Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Butler.

The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 1995 and from Slippery Rock University in 2000. He is employed by Filtration of Western Pennsylvania in Bridgewater.

Following a honeymoon trip in St. Thomas, the couple is making their home in Butler.
