CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by the state police:
Jason Taylor, 26, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged March 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving at safe speed and illegal racing.
Maurice E. Woodruff, 46, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 12 with robbery, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and simple assault.
Chase Zmijowski, 25, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 14 with robbery, theft by unlawful taking, simple assault, receiving stolen property and terroristic threats.
Jonathan Nickleach, 21, of Butler had his case held for court. He was charged March 10 with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal trespassing.
Gregory P. Young, 34, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 14 with resisting arrest.
SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Cindy Sue Lucas, 49, of Apalacchin, N.Y., was held for court on charges of burglary, theft, and receiving stolen property filed by state police.Christopher David Otto, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and paraphernalia. He was fined and ordered to pay court costs of $900 and given time served. The charges were filed by state police.Jeremy Watterson, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and paraphernalia filed by state police.Barbara Wilbert, 54, of Cabot waived her case to court. She was charged with theft by state police.David Rush, age unknown, of Butler was held for court on a charge of bad checks.David Andrew Wagner, 37, of Fenelton waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with terroristic threats and harassment.David Bracken Jr., 20, of Natrona Heights waived his case to court. He was charged with driving under the influence, endangering another person, careless driving, and not having insurance by the Buffalo Township police department.Steven Donald Bialkowski, 25, of Cabot waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with access device fraud and receiving stolen property.Paul Jason Galster, 28, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged by Penn Township police with possession of drugs.

She was charged by state police with driving under the influence, careless driving, turn signal violations and seat belt violations.Virginia M. McCommon, 61, of Renfrew waived her case to court. She was charged with driving under the influence and driving without lights to avoid identification or arrest by Butler Township police.Linda J. Pappas, 48, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged with driving under the influence and driving on the wrong side of the road by state police.David D. Sileo Jr., 38, of West Sunbury waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence and careless driving.Michael A. Josephs, 26, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged by Butler Township police with retail theft.Cory L. Dittman, 25, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged by Butler Township police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.Rodney Dwayne Freed, 44, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged by Butler Township police with retail theft, harassment, disorderly conduct and driving on a suspended license.Andrew C. Getsay, 19, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged by Butler Township police with giving false identification to law enforcement, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.James D. Morin, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to possession of a small amount of marijuana and having an unregistered vehicle filed by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay fines and court costs of $621.50.Cassandra J.Cunningham, 20, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence filed by state police.Phillip L. Crouse Jr., 32, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged with driving under the influence by state police.Anthony R. Spence, 24, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He is charged with forgery, theft, theft by deception, receiving stolen property, and tampering with records by Middlesex Township police.Dennis W. Heatherman Jr., 32, of Sarver waived his case to court. He was charged with possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct by Buffalo Township police.John C. Kuhn, 43, of Lyndora waived his case to court. He was charged with two counts each of theft by deception and bad checks by Saxonburg police.Michael Gallo, 34, of Plum waived his case to court. He was charged with driving under the influence, careless driving and driving at an unsafe speed by Buffalo Township police.Jacob Erb, 18, of Tarentum waived his case to court. He was charged with driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, driving without a license, and lighting violations by Buffalo Township police.Daniel E. Link II, 26, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged with credit card crimes by state police.Amos L. Glenn IV, 28, of Arnold was held for court on a charge of criminal mischief filed by Buffalo Township police.

He was charged March 7 with the alteration/destruction of vehicle identification plate.George P. Maykranz, 44, of Conway waived his case to court. He was charged May 14 with retail theft.Joy M. Fenio, 59, of Baden waived her case to court. She was charged March 7 with receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license.David L. Allen, 27, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged April 11 with retail theft and possessing an instrument of crime.Sharon Diane Price, 42, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged April 11 with receiving stolen property and theft.Kevin Moravek, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Ann Marie Bucci, 29, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Scott Franklin Burns, 22, of Renfrew had his case held to court. He was charged March 25 by Butler County detectives with the possession and delivery of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy.
EVANS CITY— District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Richard J. Dean, 38, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged April 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol filed by Adams Township police.Jeffrey John Strnad, 43, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged March 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving by the state police.Ronald L. Wischerman Jr., 38, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 15 with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and criminal mischief by the Jackson Township police.Shawn P. Gregory, 30, of Mercer had his case held to court. He was charged April 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol by the Jackson Township police.
WORTH TWP — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard the following cases:Timothy Edward Metheney, 34, of Grove City was held for court on charges of accidents involving death or personal injury, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and failing to drive at a safe speed filed May 2 by state police. Metheney's bond was set at $2,000.Raymond Christopher Narlee, 24, of Mercer was held for court on two counts of driving under the influence charges filed April 2 by state police. Narlee's bond was set at $5,000.John Matthew Rust, 22, of Grove City pleaded guilty to a theft by unlawful taking charge filed March 12 by Grove City Police. Rust's bond was set at $3,300 and he also faced $600 in fines. Rust also pleaded guilty to another separate charge of theft by unlawful taking filed Feb. 20 by state police and posted $10,000 bond, and faced fines totaling $600.
