Art, concerts spice up season

Here are scheduled art and musical events in Butler County this summer.

<B>AABC Art Center</B>Shows scheduled at the Associated Artists of Butler County Art Center, 344 S. <B>Concerts to Munch By</B>The Butler County Symphony Association will host its annual Concerts to Munch By series.Beginning June 4, free concerts will be every Wednesday, except July 2, from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. at the symphony office building, 259 S. Main St.Concerts will be broadcast into Diamond Park. Performances begin at 7 p.m. Sundays in the Succop Theater on campus.The schedule includes:• June 1 — Tornado Big Band• June 8 — Occasional Divas, women's ensemble singing folk, jazz, rock and gospel• June 15 — Jack Bowman Band, big band• June 22 — Boilermaker Jazz Band, Dixieland music• June 29 — Vince Tavolario Combo, best of Broadway and popular songs• July 6 — Pittsburgh Philharmonic, symphonic band• July 13 — Mac Martin and the Dixie Travelers, bluegrass• July 20 — Pittsburgh Banjo Club. It will perform two 45-minutes shows, one at 6 p.m. and the other at 7:15 p.m. Three hundred free tickets will be available for pick up in the lobby on July 6 and 13.
