SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
JoAnne Babincak, 39, of Gibsonia was held for court on charges of bad checks, theft, receiving stolen property and retail theft, filed April 4 by Penn Township police.
John Dean Clark III, 41, of Butler was held for court on charges of child endangerment, fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, trespassing, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, trespass by vehicle, accidents involving damage to unattended property and an open container violation, filed April 7 by Penn Township police.
Paul Freehling, 26, of Cabot pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed March 2 by county detectives. Freehling was ordered to pay $591.50 in fines and court costs.
Christopher A. Gehenio, 32, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, a lane violation, driving with expired registration, unauthorized use of registration and driving with a faulty muffler, filed March 17 by Buffalo Township police.
Michael Lassinger, 44, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a stop sign violation, filed April 1 by Buffalo Township police.
Jason Melik, 31, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving with a suspended license and driving without a license, filed April 1 by Buffalo Township police.
Richard McClelland, 25, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed April 2 in a private complaint.
James McGillen, 53, of Monroeville, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of impersonating a public servant, harassment and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed March 10 by Penn Township police.
Arthur Pillart, 27, of Saxonburg was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 11 by Saxonburg police.
Carl Harry Reed, 55, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and not using turn signals, filed April 7 by Buffalo Township police.
Eugene Schwemmer, 45, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Feb. 29 by Middlesex Township police.
Justin Stephenson, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed April 1 by Buffalo Township police.
