Adam Christy, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and driving too fast for conditions, filed March 16 by Buffalo Township police.
Raymond Culver, 36, of Warren, Ohio, waived to court four counts of theft by deception, filed April 26, 2006, and Jan. 31, 2007, by state police.
Kenneth Kemmer, 31, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUIand careless driving, filed March 14 by Buffalo Township police.
Jeffrey Maier, 19, of West Leechburg, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of theft by deception, bad checks and conspiracy, filed March 27 by Buffalo Township police.
Julia Mator, 18, of Leechburg, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of theft by deception, bad checks and conspiracy, filed March 27 by Buffalo Township police.
Emily Rickman, 24, of Sarver waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed March 29 by Buffalo Township police. Rickman in a separate case filed Feb. 23 by Buffalo Township police, waived charges of theft by unlawful and theft by deception.
Brian D. Riggs, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed April 21 by state police.
Ryan Stepp, 27, of Cabot waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed March 23 by Buffalo Township police. Stepp, in a separate case filed March 15 by Buffalo Township, waived charges of driving with a suspended license and not wearing a seat belt.
Jo Ann Wallace, 42, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed March 29 by Saxonburg police.
Chad Wolbert, 34, of Cabot was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 12 by Buffalo Township police.

Alvarez, 26, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and disobeying traffic control devices, filed March 24 by Butler Township police.Dawn Dittmer, 35, of Volant, Lawrence County, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 13 by state police. Dittmer was ordered to pay $570 in fines and court costs.Jeremiah J. Dunbar, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed April 4 by Butler Township police. Dunbar was ordered to pay $546.50 in fines and court costs.Vincent J. Fedorski, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed April 23 by Butler Township police.April C. Ferguson, 21, of Emlenton pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed March 27 by Butler Township police. Ferguson was ordered to pay $311.01 in fines and court costs.Jessica L.
