This is my third Mother's Day without you. It makes me realize how lucky I was to have had you as a mom, and I can only hope I am as good as a mother that you were.

I cherish every special memory of you. You and Dad would've celebrated your 60th wedding anniversary together; that always meant a lot to you. I remember one thing you always said that when you lose your mother, you lose your best friend, oh how true that is. But until the day that we can spend Mother's Day together again, I will share the same special memories with my daughter, as we did.
