BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Charles Elmer Ashton Jr., 61, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 7 by Butler Township police. Ashton was ordered to pay $191.50 in fines and court costs.

Andrew R. Blotzer, 22, of Butler waived to court two counts of retail theft in separate cases filed Feb. 20 and March 18 by Butler Township police.

Crystal R. Buckley, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit burglary and receiving stolen property, filed March 2 by Butler Township police.

Dylan J. Burns, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution and underage drinking, filed Feb. 26 by Butler Township police.

Lana B. Claypole, 28, of Zelienople waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed April 8 by Butler Township police.

Zane P. Eury, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, giving false reports to law enforcement authorities and underage drinking, filed Feb. 28 by Butler Township police.

Heidi Geroff, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of fraudulent acquiring a controlled substance, filed April 1 by the state Attorney General's office.

Courtney L. McFeaters, 29, of Harrisville was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed April 2 by Butler Township police.

Bobbie Jo Nash, 32, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 7 by Butler Township police. Nash was ordered to pay $361.50 in restitution and court costs.

Howard R. Palmer, 54, of Pittsburgh waived to court three counts of theft, filed April 4 by Butler Township police.

Brian R. Posobensky, 26, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road and driving too fast for conditions, filed March 24 by state police.

Ashley Marie Smith, 18, of Butler waived to court a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed March 25 by Butler Township police.

Sasha S. Stevenson, 18, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed April 2 by Butler Township police.

Robert Wayne Taylor II, 40, of Ford City waived to court charges of reckless endangerment and reckless driving, filed March 20 by Butler Township police.

Charles R. Weltner, 45, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed March 4 by Butler Township police.

Katherine E. Wilczynski, 59, of Butler was held for court on a charge of DUI, filed March 3.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Debra Lynn Nichols, 34, of Bradford, Pa., was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed March 10.James R.Ross Jr., 43, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and an open container violation, filed March 20.Randall A. Yockey, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed March 6.

SLIPPERY ROCK — These cases were recently heard by District Judge Clifford Woessner:Jonathan Paul Sands, 23, of Oley, Pa., waived to court two counts of driving under the influence charges filed Feb. 5 by state police.Jesse Eli Nettinger, 30, of New Castle waived to court two counts of driving under the influence charges filed March 24 by Slippery Rock Police.Joseph Daniel Perez, 22, of Rockwood, Pa., waived to court two counts of driving under the influence charges filed March 24 by Slippery Rock University Police.
