Theresa Kate Hodak
Theresa Kate Hodak, 75, of Worthington died Friday at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Born Aug. 31, 1932, in Worthington, she was a daughter of William W. and Margaret Hazel LaStrange Edwards.
She was a homemaker and a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed her family and her grandkids and loved her dog, Tuffy.
Mrs. Hodak was a member of the St. John Roman Catholic Church of Coylesville.
Surviving are her children Robert J. Hodak and his wife, Carol, Chris Walers and her husband, Ken, and Jackie Smith and her husband, Jeffrey, all of Worthington; seven grandchildren, Mark and Tony Hodak, Ron, Rob and Rick Turney and Melissa and Lacey Smith; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Lewis of Worthington and JoAnn Crawford and her husband, Ronald, of Warren, Ohio; a sister-in-law, Cecilia Edwards of Butler; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Robert "Chuck" Hodak, who died Oct. 27, 1999; an infant daughter, Jacqueline Ann Hodak; and two brothers, Paul F. and William J. Edwards.
<B>HODAK </B>— Friends of Theresa Kate Hodak, who died Friday, March 28, 2008, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home</B>, 119 Bear St., Worthington. Visitation also will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where services will follow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Kenneth Kezmarsky officiating. Burial will be at the St. John Cemetery, Coylesville.
