NEW CASTLE — A former New Castle student has been sentenced to juvenile probation but denies delivering drugs to another student who overdosed the same day.

Joshua Stewart, 17, was found delinquent last month of providing 13 oxycodone pills to 17-year-old Erica Jo Million in February 2007.

Prosecutors could not prove Million overdosed on the same drugs that the court found Stewart provided her in Spanish class.
