9:02 p.m. Saturday — Two men face drug-related charges following a traffic stop on Route 8 South.Officers spotted suspected marijuana in the back seat of a vehicle driven by James Cogley, 29, of Butler, and got a search warrant. The search turned up suspected cocaine, heroin, syringes and a crack pipe.Police said Cogley and Bryan Gressly, 25, of Butler, a passenger in the vehicle, are charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Cogley also is charged with driving with a suspended license and a turn signal violation.

1:45 p.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Caleb Novotny, 19, of Cabot struck a tree along Bicker Road in Winfield Township. Novotny, who was treated for minor injuries at Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights, was cited for driving too fast for conditions.9 a.m. Tuesday — Two sets of keys were found near the Boscov's store in the Clearview Mall parking lot in Center Township. The owner can claim the keys at the barracks.9:15 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Raymond Vennare, 55, of Pittsburgh struck a road sign and embankment and rolled onto its side on Interstate 79 in Marshall Township, Allegheny County.1:50 a.m. Monday — Melissa Crawford, 34, of Karns City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 268 in Karns City.1:57 a.m. Sunday — Robert Walls, 37, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Route 138 in Clay Township.7:35 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Joseph Gallagher, 26, and a sport utility vehicle driven by Sarah Best, 17, both of Chicora, collided on Route 68 in Summit Township. The crash flipped the SUVonto its driver's side.State Police, Kittanning3:19 p.m. Friday — A pickup truck driven by Duane T. Rapp, 36, of Sarver struck the rear of a car on Route 28 in Springdale Township, Allegheny County.The driver of the car, Regina Gates, 52, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, and Georgette Hamdy, 42, of Cheswick, a passenger in the car, suffered minor injuries. Rapp was cited for a stop sign violation.
