4:29 p.m. Sunday — Acar driven by Patricia A. Manfredi, 60, of New Castle struck the rear of another vehicle driven by Holly Johnson, 25, of Butler, at Route 8 and Homewood Drive. Manfredi, who did not stop after the crash, was later found and cited for accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle.5:57 p.m. Thursday — Robert J. Hodak, 46, of Butler was arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman, who police did not identify, during a domestic dispute in her vehicle. Hodak is charged with simple assault, harassment and violating a protection from abuse order.
4:45 p.m. Sunday — Robert William Foulk, 21, of Butler suffered minor injuries when the motorcycle he was driving crashed on Route 422 in Franklin Township, just west of the Butler Township line. Foulk, who was wearing a helmet, was cited for vehicle registration violations.Sunday — Several items were taken from at least two grave sites at the Harrisville Prairie Cemetery in Harrisville. A homemade wreath was stolen from one grave and a wind chime and light holder was stolen from the other site. The reported thefts occurred between 5 p.m. Saturday and 5:30 p.m. Sunday.Sunday — Someone stole undisclosed scrap property between Wednesday and Sunday from the home of Donald Weibel on Snake Road in Parker Township.
9:30 p.m. Saturday — Alan Edward Garmer, 48, of New Bethlehem was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance on Route 422 in North Buffalo Township.1:35 p.m. April 12 — Apickup truck driven by Stephen Prebish, 37, of North Apollo and a car driven by Sharon L. Brewer, 70, of Butler collided on Route 422 in Plumcreek Township.
April 10 — About $300 in copper ribbon was stolen from Aluminum &Carbon Plus on Route 19 in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County, about one-half mile north of the Butler County line.
