10:12 p.m. Friday — Donald F. Cline, 28, of Butler Township was arrested for driving under the influence on West Jefferson Street.4:46 p.m. Friday — Catherine R. Steffy, 49, of Center Township was arrested for DUI after her sport utility vehicle struck the rear of a parked car on West Wayne Street. Steffy's blood-alcohol level was 0.391 percent, according to police, or nearly five times the 0.08 percent level considered intoxicated under state law.

11:15 a.m. Sunday — Two gas cans were stolen from a garage at the Route 8 home of Larry Chambers in Center Township. Police said the suspected thieves, described as two white males in their late teens, were riding in a gold or brown Jeep Cherokee.12:47 a.m. Sunday — An arson investigation was launched after someone set fire to a 1998 Ford Expedition in the driveway at the Grey Avenue home of William Schaffer in Winfield Township.Sunday — An unknown thief or thieves stole copper pipe after breaking into the Three Degree Road home of John Lee O'Nan in Penn Township. The burglary occurred between April 10 and Sunday.Sunday — An undisclosed amount of currency was taken during a burglary Saturday or Sunday at Roxy's Diner on Route 422 in Prospect. Aconcrete block was used to break a window and break into the diner.8 a.m. Saturday — Four speed limit signs were reported stolen from within the Hidden Meadow Circle retirement community.1:45 a.m. Saturday — Ryan S. Zeiler, 23, of Zelienople was arrested for suspicion of DUI after his car struck the rear of a tractor-trailer parked on the side of the Interstate 79 off-ramp in Jackson Township.Saturday — An unknown burglar between 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and 5 p.m. Saturday stole $1,700 after breaking into the basement of the McKee Road home of Lori Blauser in Allegheny Township.11:30 p.m. Thursday — A pickup truck driven by Ronald L. Sullivan, 54, of Hilliards crashed into several trees along Route 308 in Marion Township. Police said Sullivan faces a ticket for driving too fast for conditions.7:40 a.m. Thursday — A car driven by Tina Burket, 35, of Canonsburg, Washington County, crashed into a ditch on I-79 in Jackson Township. Police said Burket was cited for driving with a suspended license.

7:22 p.m. Friday — Joseph Scott Aaron, 21, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Routes 422 and 66 in Manor Township.

4:30 a.m. Saturday — An unknown driver in an unidentified vehicle traveled into a yard and struck a mailbox at a Route 173 home in Liberty Township.8:30 a.m. Saturday — A car driven by Adam D. Long, 20, of Volant struck a tree along Brent Road in Springfield Township. Long said the crash occurred when he feel asleep at the wheel. Police said Long was cited for careless driving.

2:50 p.m. Sunday — A Lawrence County man was seriously injured when his motorcycle struck a deer that jumped from a hillside onto Cameron Road near Patton Road in Hickory Township. Robert L. Webb Jr., 32, of Slippery Rock, who was not wearing a helmet, was flown by helicopter to St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Police said Webb suffered a head injury; his condition was not known this morning.
