James D. McDonald
James David "Jim" McDonald, 42, of Middle Lancaster, formerly of Tampa, Fla., died Sunday following an automobile accident.
Born Oct. 29, 1965, in Erie, he was the son of Donald E. and Patricia K. Burgh McDonald of Tampa, Fla.
He was a 1984 graduate of Lake Forest High School, Lake Forest, Ill., and attended Florida State University. He was employed by the Log Cabin Inn, Middle Lancaster.
Surviving are his parents; a brother, Kevin P. McDonald and his wife, Margaret, of Middle Lancaster; a sister, Dana Strong and her husband, Mark, of Sydney, Australia; a nephew, C.J. McDonald; a niece, Madison Strong; and many aunts, uncles and cousins of the Burgh and McDonald families who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Marie Burgh of Middle Lancaster and Harold and Gertrude McDonald of Erie.
