In loving memory of our dear mother, Brenda Frole Edwards, who graced this Earth October 24, 1951 and graced Heaven April 19, 2007.

How our hearts ache for you after one year, dearest Chica. Spring is blooming, yet perhaps with less luster this year. The burst of new life is missing one who would tend God's garden with such kindness and care. With your gentle nature you tended us the same way. We are who we are today because of your devotion. For now, we anguish. Our greatest joy–making you laugh–is lost. When we come to the crossroads in our lives, our choices must lack your counsel. We are somehow less whole without you. We can only hope that this too shall pass. Though our earthly ties have been sundered so, our hope lies in someday hearing your laughter again and holding you in a warm embrace.
