In response to the cherry townships POOR roads if you want to write to the editor maybe you (auditor)should do your research because the ocupational privelage tax to work in such a run down area has been raised.DO THE MATH. Maybe it doesn't have to be asphalt but you also shouldn't drive thru holes that are never ending! With that being said the township waste more money placing gravel in the holes. When have you ever heard of a township road being a toll road! Also do the math on this two big tax paying employers are paying ex: moniteau school dist (which taxes are high) and the large number of people at the underground. this isn't including the small business. Maybe they need to have better supervisors or secretaries or someone else control where the money goes! (People have to pay to repair their cars every other day so they shouldn't be taxed more. How much more do you think th people can afford to be taxed?
