BUTLERTWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police:

Robert Bacote Jr., 43, of Butler waived to court two counts of aggravated assault, six counts of robbery, four counts each of reckless endangerment and terroristic threats, three counts of simple assault and two counts each of theft and theft from a vehicle, filed March 28 and April 3.

Adam P. Baldauff, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving too fast for conditions, filed March 3.

Shannon M. Delprete, 22, of Evans City pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Jan. 17. Delprete was ordered to pay $446.47 in restitution, fines and court costs.

William J. Kunkle, 40, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Aug. 31.

Jonathan M. Nickleach, 21, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed March 13.

Jodi Shirey, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of bad checks, filed March 3.

Frank E. Uhl, 49, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Dec. 31.
