BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:

Joshua D. Adam, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property, and failure to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Feb. 19.

Jason E. Anthony, 35, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Feb. 26.

Wayne E. Eakin, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Feb. 27.

Kenneth L. Gratzinger II, 22, of Butler waived to court charges in five separate cases filed March 17 and 25. Those combined charges are three counts each of burglary, conspiracy, theft, criminal mischief, four counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of trespass, and one count each of attempted burglary and institutional vandalism.

Edward A. Green Jr., 21, of Sharon was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and speeding, filed March 24.

Patrick B. Hayden Jr., 54, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 28. Hayden was ordered to pay $646.50 in fines and court costs.

John C. Kelly, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Feb. 28.

Kenneth R. Kelly, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault, filed Feb. 28. Kelly was ordered to pay $646.50 in fines and court costs.

Meadow Brook Meeder, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Jan. 28.

Joseph M. Semanick Jr., 43, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault, filed March 8. Semanick was ordered to pay $346.50 in fines and court costs.

Lori Jean Thomas, 18, of Renfrew waived to court charges of corruption of minors and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 3.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Brett Downes, 35, of Emlenton, Venango County, was held for court on charges of disposing of an altered or illegally obtained vehicle and making false swearing or misleading a public servant, filed Dec. 13.Roy Downes, 29, of Kennerdell, Venango County, was held for court on charges of disposing of an altered or illegally obtained vehicle and making false swearing or misleading a public servant, filed Dec. 13.Otto K. Heitzer, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Feb. 26.Jerad Jewart, 21, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 2. Jewart was ordered to pay $445 in fines and court costs.
