Heather Lipp graduated from Grove City College recently, earning a bachelor of arts degree in sociology.The daughter of James and Donna McAllister of Butler, she is a 2004 graduate of Butler High School.She is employed at Victory Family Church in Cranberry Township.She resides in Butler with her husband, Steven Lipp.
