SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Lisa Adams, 34, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 3 in a private complaint by Glassmere Fuel Service. Adams was ordered to pay $1,016.88 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Margaret Arlotta, 36, of Butler Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, an open container violation, driving on the wrong side of the road and a lighting violation, filed Dec 3 by Saxonburg police.

Roy N. Baker, 48, of Cabot pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed March 2 by state police. Baker was ordered to pay $496 in fines and court costs.

Shawn Downing, 38, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed July 19 by state police.

Jason Geahry, 29, of Tarentum waived to court charges of DUI, an open container violation, driving without valid registration, a lighting violation and failure to notify authorities of a change of address, filed Feb. 3 by Buffalo Township police.

Jude Haas, 42, of Russelton, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lighting violation, filed Feb. 2 by Buffalo Township police.

Timothy Kloes, 40, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, not using turn signals, a lighting violation and an open container violation, filed Jan. 26 by Buffalo Township police.

Howard McDermott, 55, of Kittanning waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and a lane violation, filed March 8 by state police.

Jeremy Nolan, 32, of Leechburg, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of DUI, filed Feb. 9 by Buffalo Township police.

Robert Peiffer, 43, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and an open container violation, filed Jan. 26 by Buffalo Township police.

Earl Vogel Jr., 46, of Valencia pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 25 by Butler County detectives. Vogel was ordered to pay $445 in fines and court costs.

William Wilson, 46, of Ellwood City waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Nov. 24 in a private complaint by Glassmere Fuel Service.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Jerry L. Bennetti, 49, of Lyndora waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a stop sign violation, filed Feb. 19 by Butler Township police.Brenda Lee Brown, 50, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of false identification to law enforcement authorities and driving with a suspended license, filed March 6 by Butler Township police. Brown was ordered to pay $533 in fines and court costs.Nicholas G. Collins, 20, of Greensburg waived to court charges of retail theft and trespass, filed March 10 by Butler Township police.Kayla Lee Custer, 18, of Butler was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 5 by Butler Township police.Joseph A. Duncan, 21, of Evans City waived to court charges of delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility, filed Dec. 17 by state police.Mary Ann Erkens, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Feb. 19 by Butler Township police.Megan L. Gibson, 19, of Evans City waived to court charges of retail theft and trespass, filed March 10 by Butler Township police.Richard M. Hunyadi, 35, of Sharon, Mercer County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 5 by Butler Township police. Hunyadi was ordered to pay $441.50 in fines and court costs.
