SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Wesley L. Coffman, 33, of Freeport waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Jan. 25 by Buffalo police.
Monica R. Cressley, 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 7 by Penn Township police.
Charles M. Merten, 24, of Saxonburg waived to court a charge of criminal conspiracy theft, filed Sept. 13 by state police.
Robert J. Merten, 25, of Saxonburg waived to court a charge of criminal conspiracy theft, filed Sept. 13 by state police.
Robert M. Merten, 28, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and criminal conspiracy, filed Sept. 13 by state police. Merten also waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking, filed Sept. 23 by state police.
Michael S. Olson, 28, of Renfrew was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 7 by Penn Township police.
Matthew J. Sodecky, 27, of Sarver was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, speeding and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 19 by state police.
George R. Zambelli III, 25, of Baden waived to court charges of intimidation of witnesses or victims, unlawful use of a computer, criminal attempt theft by deception, criminal attempt identity theft, terroristic threats, theft by deception, identity theft and harassment, filed Jan. 14 by state police.
