can you explain this to me ? because i dont under stand it. they let a sexaul offender who sexauly assulted young girls get only probation and classes on sex offenders whenhe should get more of a punshment like casterated so he can,t touch a nother young child again. and then you got are governor congress eliot spitzer who spends thousands of dollars on prostitutes for his nasty needs instead of going home to his own wife it would be cheaper and then you got pto, mcdade from mars school who helped her self to the school board money for her own personal needs and lied about it ande all she has to do is give restitution and go to ard program then you got sueann the lady who stole money about 5000 dollars from the moose club and has 90 count of forgery and bad checks and all she has to do is pay the money back. then you got the judge o'brain who i read about a while go. who got caught driving drunk and he only lost his license, thats it. Then you have a police officer who stole can's from the Burger Hut. He only got light dutie and he is still an officer. And what about that female probation officer that delibertly lied to the cops about her car and made this story about it. She said that she lied because she took the wrong medicine and couldn't think sraight. I thought that probation officers never made mistakes.now why is it that if they make a mistake there is hardly any reprocussions on them??? Also the police said that she also had other fender benders... what did she take the wrong medicine those times too? Now the thing is I bet that she doesn't get that much. Can you tell me why low class citizens have to go to court but high class citizens like officers only get a slap on the hand? Why isn't the law the same for all people? My daughter Amber got put on probation for protecting herself from another girl who was throwing punches at herad the other girl started the fight. My daughter is 17 and pregnant, she gets sick of course plus she has ADHD, she is bi-polar ad has depression sice her grandparents died on Valenitines Day. It is hard for her to focus in school right now since she cannot take her medications. I asked her probation officer if i could get her in home school or if she could just get her GED. I was told no. I tried to tell her Probation officer about her symptoms and that it is hard for her to focus things without her medications. I think that probation eeds to read up on these types of things, expecally if their juveniles have these problems. Now since then my duaghter has been sent to placement for missing a few days and because of doctors appointments. Even though she had excuses for all of the days! She is i Erie i a place for pregnant teens. How do i get the money to go see her, Erie is an hour and a half away. Now why do they treat these children this way it is not right.

Low class do time and high class usually walk free with just a slap on the hand. Like my ucle used to say money talk and bull crap walks, and from my perspective it is very true. Is what needs to be done is there needs to be rules made for everyone not segrigated according to your class in society.
