The price of gas
Look man, I don't like the high price of gas either. But you need to drill one simple fact into your head: corporations don't pay taxes. Their customers do. If the Fed increases the tax on oil companies profits, they will simply pass it on and gas prices will go higher yet. This applies to anything we buy, not just gasoline.
