Brian W. Hetrick, 21, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, a stop sign violation, making an illegal turn, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 14.
Gerald K. Honeycut, 64, of Knox, Clarion County, waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Jan. 2.
Rochelle Kuzma, 44, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, not wearing a seat belt, failure to keep right and not wearing a seat belt, filed Dec. 10.
Joshua Mann, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of altering a firearm and carrying a gun without a permit, filed Feb. 23.
Melissa E. Miller, 20, of Parker waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 11.
Steven Ray Rider Jr., 25, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and driving with an obstructed window, filed Jan. 2.

CRANBERRY — Interim Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Jessica Catherine Book, 26, of Cranberry Township had her case held to court. She was charged Oct. 23 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with no rear lights, careless driving and giving false identification to law enforcement officers.Diane L. Rometo, 51, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 5 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.Samuel Servedio, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 25 by the Cranberry Township police with harassment, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gilliland, 39, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 24.Jonathan Michael Nickleach, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal trespass, criminal attempt theft by unlawful taking and theft by unlawful taking, filed Feb. 22.Robert L. Nocera, 28, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, maximum speed limits and driving on road laned for traffic, filed Feb. 4.Jonie L. Potts, 35, of Monaca pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception, filed Nov. 13 by state police. Potts was ordered to pay $681.50 in fines, court costs and restitution.Robert J. Stephens, Jr., 31, of Butler was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 24.Christine A. Tiedt, 41, of Butler waived to court two counts of bad checks, filed Jan. 31.Amy J. Tillia, 26, of Grove City pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 14. Tillia was ordered to pay $290 in fines and court costs.Ronald L. Wischerman Jr., 28, of Portersville was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed Jan. 30.
