BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Oscar R. Gross, 53, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 8 by Butler Township police. Gross was ordered to pay $843.26 in fines and court costs.

Eugene Malloy, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence and driving without a license, filed Jan. 17 by Butler Township police.

Terry L. Penrod Jr., 33, of Butler waived to court charges of bad checks, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 30 by Butler Township police.

Joseph W. Powers III, 31, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Jan. 11 by Butler Township police.

Eric R. Slupe, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Jan. 28 by Butler Township police. Slupe was ordered to pay $541.50 in fines and court costs.

Steven R. Spare, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 25 by Butler Township police. Spare was ordered to pay $541.50 in fines and court costs.

Joel Tebay, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, lane violation and a lighting violation, filed Dec. 11 by state police

Danny R. Thompson, 25, of Butler waived to court four counts each of forgery and theft, and a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 19 by Butler Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Deryl Lee Alexander, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed Nov. 15. Alexander was ordered to pay $439.50 in fines and court costs.Christine Bellis, 54, of East Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Feb. 8.Danny Everetts, 52, of Petrolia waived to court charges of terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 9.
