Sorry but I think you misunderstood what I was saying. My son doesn't get food stamps anymore but a lot of his so call friends get them. He asked me once to buy someones and I said who and told him I was turning the person in. I called welfare and told them (they did nothing). The second part I was trying to get across is that a limit for these women popping out babies just to get money. Two (2) kids and you get nothing after they are of age to attend school. They can keep popping them out but get nothing from welfare, they are done. They have WIC, HUD ( which should have restrictions and time limits on it, 18 months max), food backs, PAChips, Domestic Relations and I'm sure other ways to get the health ins., food and clothing they need. I'm not saying this is for all familes just unwed mothers who play the system. Sure someday you may really need it. As for one person stepping up and doing something, I have wrote many times on here that Butler needs a lockdown rehab center. Jail time has proven to not work. Why not keep the old prison and turn it into a lockdown rehab? I see the Lighthouse is trying to help, but where is our county, city and twp.? I hope this ends the confusion.
