2:37 a.m. Wednesday — Brenda Brown, 49, of Butler was arrested after a traffic stop on North Eberhart Road and Moraine Pointe Plaza, during which she gave false identification. She was arraigned by District Judge Kevin O'Donnell on unsworn falsifications to authorities, false ID to law enforcement, driving during suspension and general lighting requirements. Brown is in Butler County Prison on a $1,500 bond.

11:49 p.m. Feb. 26 — Police charged David W. Mohr, 36, of Zelienople with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, driving with no insurance, use of high beams and driving with a suspended registration after police received a 911 call about a reckless driver on Route 68. The traffic stop was at the bus garage on Route 68.4:11 p.m. Feb. 24 — A three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Little Creek and Mercer roads resulted in two people being sent to the hospital. Police said a vehicle driven by Diane Lynn Jakovac of Butler did not stop at a stop sign and crashed into a vehicle driven by Angela Angelucci of Zelienople on Little Creek Road. The third vehicle driven by Heather Lutton of Portersville was stopped on Mercer Road and her vehicle was struck as a result of the initial collision. Angelucci was taken by Harmony EMS to a hospital for treatment of cuts to her head. Jakovac also was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure because she was pregnant. Neither women's conditions are known.12:51 a.m. Feb. 22 — Police responded to a one-vehicle crash on Route 19. Thomas Harkins of Hufnagle Road in Harmony lost control of his vehicle on the slippery road, hit a guard rail, crossed the road and hit the guard rail on the other side, coming to a stop on the shoulder. Moderate damage was reported to the vehicle. No injuries were reported.4:53 a.m. Feb. 22 — Police said James Roxbury of Harmony lost control of his vehicle near 134 Perry Highway near T&M Hardware and ended up in a ditch.3:19 a.m. Feb. 9 — Police charged Christopher Micha Davis, 24, of Pittsburgh, Mandy M. McDonald, 25, of Butler, and Mark D. Buczkowski, 39, of Evans City each with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and McDonald with the additional charge of possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop near the intersection of Route 68 and Lindsay Road.

12:28 p.m. Wednesday — Ethan Brinks, 18, of Butler, forced his way into his sister's apartment in Franklin Township. Ethan punched and kicked Kara Brinks, 23. She fled to the bathroom, locking herself in and calling 911, while Ethan destroyed more than $850 of her possessions and trashed the apartment. Ethan Brinks was upset about a money issue. Ethan is charged with burglary, simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief. He is in the Butler County Prison on $15,000 bail.
