King 60th anniversary
Peg and Don King
Don and Peg King of East Brady celebrated 60 years of marriage recently with a family dinner at Natili's Restaurant in Butler.
The former Peg Rossman married King on Feb. 7, 1948, at the parsonage of St. Paul Church in Chicora.
They have three children, Donna Early of Parker, Ed King of New Kensington and Kathy Thompson of Butler.
They also have six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
King is retired from Penreco, Rexhide and Western Allegheny Railroad. He belongs to the Moose Lodge in Chicora.
Mrs. King is retired from Curran's Market.
The couple belongs to Trinity Reformed Church and American Legion Post 488.
