Walter T. Wheaton, 91, of Zelienople died Friday at Passavant Retirement Community, Zelienople.

Born April 14, 1916, in Philadelphia, he was the son of Charles and Elizabeth Rosen Wheaton.

Mr. Wheaton retired from the U.S. Postal Service in Philadelphia following 30 years as a mail carrier. He was a World War II Army Air Force veteran and a member of the Grace Church in Harmony.

He is survived by his wife, Caroline Veith Wheaton, who he married March 27, 1965, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Two brothers preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Grace Church Of Harmony, 538 Main St., Harmony, with his pastor, the Rev. Peter J.
